Cancellation Policy

All session fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and payment is processed. Limelight Arts invests in staffing, materials, and school coordination based on confirmed enrollment numbers, and fees cannot be returned after registration.Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to info@limelightarts.net no later than 7 days before the first class of the enrolled session. Approved withdrawals within this window will receive a credit toward a future session — no cash refunds will be issued. Withdrawal requests submitted after the 7-day window, or after the session has begun, will not be eligible for credit or refund under any circumstances.In the event that Limelight Arts must cancel a class due to instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment prior to the session start, enrolled families will receive a full refund or session credit at their preference.In the event that a host school cancels, suspends, or terminates access to its facilities after a session has begun, families will receive a pro-rata credit for any unused classes remaining at the time of cancellation. The credit is calculated as the number of classes not yet held divided by the total number of classes in the session, applied to the enrollment fee paid. For example, if a 8-week session is cancelled after 3 classes have been held, families will receive a credit equal to 5/8 of their enrollment fee. Credits are applied toward any future Limelight Arts session and are not redeemable for cash. Individual class cancellations due to school holidays, inclement weather, or school-scheduled events are not eligible for refund or credit. Limelight Arts will make reasonable efforts to reschedule cancelled classes where school facilities and scheduling permit, but rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
